Python Tools for Visual Studio 2.1 Beta Released

Great news for Windows-based Python developers: Python Tools for Visual Studio 2.1 Beta has been released today. New features include support for the popular Bottle and Flask frameworks, improved Intellisense for Django developers, and support for Visual Studio Express 2013 for Web and Visual Studio Express 2013 for Desktop.

Visual Studio Express support means that you can quickly set up a powerful Python development environment for free, and take advantage of advanced Visual Studio features including mixed mode debugging of Python and C++, simple deployment to Azure Web Sites or Azure Cloud Services, and much more.
